Morning motivation IS a real thingAug 13, 2021
Have you ever noticed it’s easier to stay on a diet or keep any good habits in the morning, but things can fall apart as the day goes on? It’s not just you, it’s me too! Motivation wanes as the day goes on, and that’s why I teach ‘Master My Morning’ by starting your day off strong by following these healthy, natural tips.
- Sleeping 7+ hours
- Breathing deep and slow for 3+ minutes
- Drinking 8+ oz of water (do this before coﬀee or tea)
- Spend 2+ minutes in natural sunlight
- Get moving for 5+ minutes (yoga stretching, walking the dog or getting children ready for school counts!)
These are just a few science-backed brain-boosting habits that make a whopping diﬀerence in how you feel, function, and perform. Even your sleep gets better based on these simple starts to your daily routine.
